Transforming Healthcare Leadership Through Innovation & Collaboration

The Global Village Oncology Network (GVON), in strategic partnership with Sehatlings, successfully hosted "The 48-Hour Leadership Sprint."
Held at the National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi, this intensive bootcamp brought together 22 healthcare professionals from leading institutions—including Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH), Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), and Karachi Medical & Dental College (KMDC)—alongside NIC-incubated startup founders.
The primary objective was to foster cross-institutional collaboration and equip medical professionals with modern leadership frameworks.
The "BAD" Framework is Killing Healthcare Culture.
In too many hospitals and clinics, a toxic cycle prevails. We call it the BAD Framework:
Blame
Accuse
Demand
This outdated model stifles innovation, burns out doctors, and ultimately hurts patients. GVON partnered with Sehatlings—the leaders in healthcare innovation—to dismantle this framework.
At the National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi, we gathered 22 of the brightest minds from Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH), Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), KMDC, and top health-tech startups.
Our goal? To replace Blame with accountability. To replace Accuse with trust. To replace Demand with collaboration.
