Leadership Development for Healthcares

leader's-ship.png

Problem Statement: Limited Coverage: With a population of 220 million, our country struggles with low per capita health coverage, amounting to just $38. This inadequacy leaves many individuals without access to essential healthcare services.

Solution: GVON Leadership Training Program ( Join our team to build Pakistan's Health care future )

PROBLEM STATMENT PARAMETERS

Brain Drain

A significant issue plaguing our healthcare system is the brain drain, with 40% of our skilled healthcare professionals seeking opportunities abroad. This exodus deprives our nation of crucial expertise and contributes to the deterioration of our healthcare infrastructure.

Economic Losses

High Out-of-Pocket Costs

A staggering 70% of healthcare costs are paid out-of-pocket by individuals, placing a heavy financial burden on families already struggling to make ends meet. This financial strain often leads to delayed or foregone medical care, exacerbating health issues in the long run.

Due to poor leadership and inadequate healthcare infrastructure, our nation suffers an annual loss of $126,000,000. This staggering figure translates to a cumulative loss of $7.8 trillion, equivalent to 11% of the global GDP. These economic losses not only hinder our nation's development but also contribute to widespread socio-economic disparities

Addressing these challenges requires concerted efforts from policymakers, healthcare professionals, and communities alike. By investing in healthcare infrastructure, retaining skilled professionals, and implementing policies to reduce out-of-pocket costs, we can strive towards a healthier and more prosperous future for all citizens.
